Hallo, bei mir im Vitara Hybrid von 2020 funktioniert das Carplay und Android auto nicht bzw nir sporadisch ab und an gehts dann wieder überhaupt nicht habe die neueste version 1880 auf dem Radio da funktionierte es bisher noch garnicht bei der version 1870 ging es ab und an mal.
bei swift meiner frau mit der version 1860 funktionierts einwandfrei.
gibt es da lösungen ?

I think you will need to solve the problem with your dealer and they need to replace it with a new Bosch system and new USB port.
Or first try only with new USB port and see if solves the problem and then leave the cable always inserted.
We also have Vitara and it does not work always or disconnects randomly - basically not useful . It seems when you drive over the bump it will disconnect. With Swift works 100% every time with no problems no matter what phone or cable combination I try .. . -

I sometimes have the same issue but i think in that case it is a problem with the port on the phone, especially usb-c are more delicate than the older connectors. Maybe try cleaning the port with air and ispropyl alcohol.

I took my phone with USB cable from Swift and then try to connect it in Vitara and it did not work. I went back to Swift and the connection was successfully immediately with the same equipment.
Although I try it again with my phone in Vitara next day or few hours later and it connected normally. Why does sometimes work and sometimes doesn't is a mystery to me.🙄
