hi GSred,
here in germany you will find the types sold by suzuki dealers only... the older type (most gti's have) flat with no brakelight, and the newer modell which is not exactly a high one but not as flat as the gti type... the newer one is available with and without brakelight... all can be bought at suzuki-dealers here in germany...
some other models are sold in hungary, but you have to ask the technical surveillance company (we call it TÜV here 
) whether you might use them or not (mainly you are not supposed to use them without giving a lot of money to get an allowance)

no, i'm sorry, but they don't... since the swift was not sold that much in germany...
the only one i know is pakpfeifer... (company from austria) (i'll post the link when i find it) but they seem to have poor quality and high prices and its a huge wing... ;D not that stylisch if you ask me...
maybe fibersports or CTA will produce one but thats uncertain and far in the future...

MS Design had such Spoiler (with and without brakelight). But the catalog, where i found them is from about 1998.
Send an Email to MS Design and they will told you, if they still sell such parts!
